Hampton Court Apartments

"This place needs a major change, the maintenance workers need to be able to complete their tasks in a timely manner which they don't, they take too long. Many of the rules here get ignored not only by the people who live here but also by the people who run it,the landlord/property manager for various reasons.This fact alone makes it difficult to live here.Though the building has disability contingencies it is not a very thorough follow-through when there is an actual emergency,the emergency service people tend to not actually help,the handicap apartments are only singles not doubles which is an inconvenience if you have more than one person in your family.the neighbors or other people in the building tend to not have respect for those around them in various terms and reasons depending on the situation. And reporting situations to the landlord/manager of building is more often than not a waste of time.The rent is expensive it is guaranteed that you will need section 8 to help unless you have an extreme amount in income,but even with section 8 it would be a good idea to have a roommate or a partner of some type to help with expenses.Things here tend to break down a lot and need replacement.sad to say but I would not recommend to family or friends."
