"Cavalier Management is well known in the community as the Slumlord of Pittsfield. They are notorious for neglecting properties but I'm sure they don't miss a Section 8 housing payment. Take a look at 1112 North Street. A tree limb has been downed for over 6 months and still lays in the yard. It's outrageous. The city needs to ticket them heavily. It's a quality of life issue for all Pittsfield residents."

"Horrible they call themselves a property management company. What a joke. They havent come once to shovel, salt/sand the walkway where four tenants have to exit from, two being disabled individuals. They should be ashamed of themselves. They ignore all calls for action yet have NO qualms cashing a check. Do yourself a favor and do NOT hire this dysfunctional , blatantly irresponsible company. Ive reported them to the Better Business Bureau also"

"Have not had heat for months relying on the stove and a space heater. Pretty much told to figure it out myself, yet there is no gas meter for my apartment. Light in the kitchen has been broken for a year and has never been fixed. Sink sprayer has been broken since day 1. Usually treated like I am a nuisance when I just want heat in my apartment. Idk who these people dealt with that say they are kind and hardworking since I have not seen any of that."

"I love cavalier management. They are there when you need them and fix any and all problems quickly and to perfection. I know I can always count on them when I need them. I had a pipe burst in my bathroom and they were there with in 10 minutes and when they were done my bathroom came out perfect. Thank you cavalier management"
