Reviews
"Poorly run apartments that are small, walls are paper thin, tenants are the worst neighbors ever. Harassments and gossip is commonplace. Police are called often. PHA refuses to remove females that break their rules of name calling and violations. Maintenance staff and supervisor are lazy and rude. PHA dire need to hire a lot more help but they are cheap and act like republican's so they never will do the right thing. Want quiet peace of mind without creepy loud tenants and malfeasance ridden staff? Then, clearly AVOID living at Providence Court. Smoking rules and no pets are not enforced. Complain and get your parking spot taken away suddenly. It costs a LOT of $$ to sue and get the correct repairs and get criminals and annoying tenants in both buildings evicted but worth my every penny. I have gotten tenants evicted but PHA should do their job. The large building tenants often are harassing the annex building tenants. Yes, it's cheap rent, you get what you pay for. Mainetence goons steal door stops , canes and personal property. Sadly, these malcontents think they are fire marshals. You do NOT want to live in such a dump as this."
"Pete is great worker need more of him"
"Well maintained municipal operated housing"
"Nice Community Room for the tenants. Also people seem to find others to talk with. Tenants seem to like it there. Always working to update many things. Great for disabled people"
"Elderly housing, secure buildings and nice residents."
