"Moving out was the best decision I’ve made last year. The safety concerns were so bad and management did nothing about it. They would never properly fix the emergency exits. There were regular non-tenants who roamed around the building, stole packages, and who were armed. Roach and mice infestation that was never properly addressed until I reported them to code enforcement. I tried to like this place and put aside the minor things at first, I really did, but it got to the point I just no longer felt safe living here. The management company doesn’t seem legit either. Rent might be affordable here, but they’re really not holding up to their duties as a landlord and amenities are always broken - Not worth it."

"Not a safe place to live. Multiple code violations. People with criminal backgrounds. Mice in a majority of the apartments. Management tells you what you want to hear and then does nothing about it."
