"I went here once before and had a good experience so I decided to schedule another appointment. I was unexpectedly moved to night shifts at my work so I went home at 7 am and took a nap before I was expected in. By my own mistake I slept until the exact time of my appointment so I called and told them I could come in slightly later if that was ok. They made no attempt to put me in for the day and said if I wanted to rebook it would be 2 weeks later and they’re charging me a no-show charge. How does that work, if I’m slightly late to my appointment but get a no show charge? I’m not coming back. I do remember a sign at the salon door last time I came that said “leave your whining at the door” and I should’ve taken that as a warning because that means poor customer service."

"I had an excellent experience here with Feri. It was my first time, and I made an appointment by calling the studio. Everyone was helpful, they have a comfy waiting area, beautiful interior and nice bathrooms. The studio is very inclusive. The price is fairly normal for the types of services, and all of that information can be found on their website. Many of the artists have loyal customers and book weeks in advance, so it's best to schedule ahead of time. All the artists have their work up on Instagram to see. You can pay with card, but the studio requests that you tip the artists in cash. There's meter street parking along mass ave, and it was easy to park nearby. Honestly I was really happy with my experience, and I'll definitely be back."
