And the staff, even when absolutely slammed on New Years Eve, stayed composed and kept getting out orders to all the people hungry for these delectable wings. Big shout-out to the staff at this Worcester location and the great food they get out to all the people hungry for perfectly sauced and tossed wings!"

"I use to love coming here and would come every few weeks, but i noticed the prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. Every time I get waffle Fries they are as hard as concrete, and they chicken has gotten smaller and harder to eat. I wish they would go back to how they use to be, but it seems like they’re going downhill, I won’t be eating here again"

Thats insane but at least they used to be sooo good. Just got home with my order and the size of these tenders...wow..borderline chicken nuggets. what happened to these good sized tenders? price going up is one thing but with downgrade in quality and quantity? thats just sad. half the weeks are barely any meat and all breading. id rather have tyson frozen and 8 minute drive home and they are cold and dry pieces.."

"Im a suck for wings over having gone to school at UMass amherst where it was a staple of late nights and football parties. While the service is nothing to write home about, there’s no denying that the tenders are usually perfect as I remember them being and the waffle fries with different spices are great. "Ordered in person for takeout and had two tenders. Very good food when cooked to order. Hopefully staff learns from the negative reviews and cooks fresh for every order like they did mine. The fire sauce is the perfect blend of heat and flavor. Hands down best tenders I've had in ages. Restaurant was extremely clean as well."
