"My girlfriend and I were very impressed by Chashu Ramen. We had: Tonkotsu Ramen - Excellent Brussell Sprout App - Excellent Spicey tuna roll - Excellent Just the right combination of kick and savory flavors. Good service, very nice atmosphere. Really sleek Worcester spot. Give it a shot."
"Very tasty and authentic flavors. Our waiter was very professional and attentive. Only wish that their ramen broth were more rich, but not a show stopper."
"I have been wanting to try this place for a long time because I love ramen and finally went. Overall it was okay, but left a little disappointed. I would still enjoy eating there if someone else wanted to go but I don't think I will choose to go there myself. Started off with the brussel sprouts which were very yummy. Crispy, and a nice buttery dressing. The pork belly bao was also very good, but was very small for the price and you only get one. I then had the Moyashi tonkotsu which I enjoyed and liked the pork belly. I think the broth could have had a little more depth of flavor though. My wife had the classic udon with shredded sesame chicken which unfortunately was not good at all. The broth was nice and garlicky, but the chicken was extremely dry and chewy and tasted like a plain boiled chicken. Maybe this was a one off mistake for the chicken though. The Kasutādo custard was very creamy and I liked the streusel topping, but it was extremely small for the price. Overall, I had mixed feelings on my soups but I’m sure there are lots of other good things on the menu. The prices and portions especially for the bao and custard were off though."
"Chashu is beautifully and tastefully designed. It is dark and moody in all the right ways. While there were not a lot of soft surfaces to absorb sound, the noise level was perfect. We sat at the bar and the service from both bartenders was great. Manager Hannah stopped by to check on us and gave us a little backstory on the restaurant and the owners other restaurants. The food and cocktails were phenomenal. We absolutely loved the Lobstah Rangoon Maki! 10/10 recommend! A great before or after show spot, great for date nights or hanging with friends. We will definitely be back!"
"All I can say is absolutely amazing menu! I'm trying to eat my way through the menu each time we go. I recommend the skewers I had the mushroom and salmon skewer. It was amazing. The last dish I had was their salmon! An amazing piece of fish and a good price for the dish. I never have enough room for dessert. I will try again"
