"I never had anyone mess my hair up so bad as this place. I said I didn't want much taking off which means a trim. She began by taking 5" or more off. Then she used shears on my hair to thin it so bad on one side. She proceeded to take the blow dryer to dry hair which burnt my hair. Went back to have it fixed and she charged me. Most would of done it for free. She did knock off a couple $$. Big deal. Yelled across the room she left you $3.00 tip. I should not even had to pay for you to fix what was badly done. OMG. Never again.you asked me what chair I sat in. I told you and you said that it was yours. So we both know who did it. Ask the lady that tried fixing it. I told her who did it."

"I’ve never left a bad review of anywhere I’ve gone before, but I had to leave one for the experience I’ve had here to save anyone else from going here for a hair cut. I booked a hair cut for just a trim last week. When I got there the hairdresser there was very polite and friendly from start to finish, but I said two, maybe even three different times I specifically only wanted a trim of my ends, maximum an inch and a half and she easily cut at least 3” maybe 4”. The hairdresser didn’t even wash my hair to cut it, she just sprayed it with a water bottle twice or three times so she essentially cut my hair dry…which I’ve never experienced before? I know a lot of us tend to exaggerate how much hair was actually cut off but all my friends and family even agreed she CHOPPED my hair, didn’t trim it. My hair was easily to my mid shoulder blades and now barely brushes my shoulders. I hate to leave a bad review but I’ve never ever been so upset with my hair especially since there’s no fixing it."
