It was very much a collaboration because the barber kept checking in with my son, asking him if the way it was going was ok. "This is the best barbershop in the area hands down. This shop has a great atmosphere, offers amazing services at reasonable prices, and they remember and take care of regular customers. This shop is also inclusive and tolerant of the diverse community in this area and knows how to take care of everyone. There aren't many salons in the Pioneer Valley that cater to and specialize in men's services, but thankfully Groom opened and is much better than anyone else. The staff is top notch, professional, and I wont go anywhere else for my hair and beard needs."
