"I went in here right before Thanksgiving and got a drastic haircut... however I asked for shoulder length hair and curtain bangs and instead of curtain bangs I got half the hair in the front of my face chopped off into bangs that sit on my forehead... I also got an extremely choppy cut that needed to be fixed each side was un even and she cut WAYY to much off of my bangs! I highly suggest doing research before getting a cut at this place! So now I am stuck with messed up bangs for months until they grow out.. I am beyond embarrassed. If you can't do what the customer is looking for or do not know how you shouldn't attempt it."

"We just went here for haircuts for my two little boys and husband and couldn’t be more impressed. The owner, Pam, shared several emails back and fourth with me about my soon-to-be four year old who has had major meltdowns with previous cuts. The boys were able to play with toys beforehand and then allowed to take the toys with them to the chair. They were already at ease when they began, and when my son started to get anxious Pam talked him through it and made the cut fun for him. Not a single tear was shed, which is just mind-blowing. My other son is fair-haired and Shannan knew exactly how to cut it. Both boys received a cut that was awesome, one on the longer side and one shorter one. No awful cut bangs to be seen! My husband also got a great cut from Shannan. They got to pick a toy from the box to finish and the toys were actually awesome. Last point: Totally affordable. When you have kids there is nothing worse thank spending a fortune for cuts. We will DEFINITELY be going back here for all future cuts."
