"I was very happy any time I had my hair done at Sei Bella. Today I had a scheduled appointment, that was not honored. I have no idea why no one returned my phone call, .....customers have to call upon arrival, to enter the business. There was no reason given for the rude behaviour, I posted two separate times on their fb page, it gets taken down."
