"I recently had to visit that hospital with hazel my kitty cat I left a very positive post about that visit. This one pertains to the level of Excellence in dealing with an issue I had with a bill they were extremely attentive and took care of the problem and welcomed the feedback on how to avoid that in the future. Out of a five star rating I'd have to give it a six."

"Literally the worst vet I have ever been too. Grainted, I know you can't please everyone, but this place has been awfaul on EVERY occasion. I have interacted with them a total of 4 times and one interaction over the phone and ALL have been terrible. Literally the nurse told me to go google my problems (my cat got sprayed by a skunk and I was just asking for their recipe for guidence, but was instructed to "google it, there are plently online"... like obviously that was my first instinct before I called you. I just want to make sure I'm not going to kill my cat.) Therefore, save your money and go to west bridgewater. They are wayyyyyy more caring and even when you talk to them on the phone they are way more helpful then this place."
