Bay View Campground

"This place is NOT motorcycle friendly…. They have a motorcycle “parking “ area that is not even close to your site. SO anyone who has a motorcycle DO NOT stay here because this facility is not even close to motorcycle friendly! We have personal experience…. There are other campground that are truly motorcycle friendly and are way nicer…. Remember some motorcycles are well over 50k…. Motorcycle people please do not stay here.."

"Site was pretty good but the camper across from me with the 2014 window tag had so much mold I feel like anyone around it should have sought medical attention. Staff was a -5 on a scale of 1-10. Rude inside and out. The girl at the gate Karen ruined every bit of the trip there. If there was any other place available would of taken the loss and went there. The only nice area is the game room cause this place is out for all of your money. So if you have kids they will be asking to spend. They charge for extra vehicles which we have not encountered before in this area and firewood is more than any other campground too. Will never go back. And every other bad review is about the staff and being rude."

"Bay View is such a great campground. We had an amazing time there. Staff was very nice and always helpful. The grounds were neat and clean. Our kids loved the pool. Over all a great place to stay with the camper."

"This camp ground is perfect for families!! 3 different pools! There is an arcade by Ryans, icecream shop, great food truck, pavilion with kids activities. (Kids activities are usually only Friday-Sunday they give you a schedule) The kids have a blast at the playground and there are always a ton of kids there to socialize with. We LOVED that they had shuffle board. What set this campsite aside from others is the staff is VERY on top of everything. The bathrooms are constantly being cleaned throughout the day, staff is riding around on their golf carts all day long maintaining the grounds and making sure everything is meticulous. When we had issues at the arcade, staff immediately was able to radio someone over within a minute. My only complaint is at the actual campsite itself, it appears construction sand was poured. Most likely to make the area soft and even over exposed roots. Unless you have a large mat or tarp, expect to get your feet dirty with a film from that type of sand. (If your wearing sandles) Wonderful experience we will be back! PS- lots of crows waiting and watching for snacks."

"We used Bayview in May 2023. They had an amazing staff at the office, good security, ample room at our site. There is a lot of seasonal campers in there but we travelers were set somewhat away from them not causing any issues. The seasonal guests do get quite comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We would return however we found that the campground is somewhat far from the east side of the island so we did a lot of driving going to and from. Woods Hole is only about 20 min from here though :)"
