"Sojan is amazing as always. Impeccable customer service and attention to detail as always. Will now drive 30 minutes further to this Walgreens to ensure quality of service. Walgreens is so fortunate to have him and pray he is recognized for his excellence! I switched pharmacies from Londonderry Walgreens to Rite Aid and will now switch back knowing all my family's' medications will be correct and timely once again. TY again for being you Sojan"

"The pharmacist is extremely rude and I am writing on behalf of a physicians office. I asked her if there was a new deal going on with codes for controlled substances and I was very rudely spoken like a child stating it was because of state guidelines. We have been sending this script for this patient across state lines months before, not to mention when the patient called to see if her prescription was ready she was told " the doctors office has to call us to clarify", first of all this you your guys job to do when prescriptions need clarification to call the physicians office not to tell the patient to call you. This is your job and your being lazy and the pharmacist is extremely rude and out of line, I will be calling my patient back to have her switch pharmacies due to this matter. I was treated like a child, and I also asked the technician 2 questions prior to speaking to this pharmacist and was told "I don't know I'm new" to me, so why does she work there when she cannot answer anyone's questions let alone from a doctors office pathetic! I believe this none of what this pharmacist told me was true and that she is making up her own rules."
