"Coronavirus !!!! This establishment has coronavirus !!!!! Don’t stay here !!!! The bistro has corona and they won’t share the information to the town and notify the public. They closed down Sunday night with no warning and next day Inky notifies the public a business shuts down due to corona... this is a hostel that is continuing to serve people with same workers !"

"I just adore this place! Brings back memories of visiting an Aunts house near the beach for summers. The rooms are fresh and clean, have everything you need, the staff are friendly and accomodating, the fresh fruit, muffins and yogurt are a great start to a summer day! the grounds are lovely for dining al fresco and a perfect spot to catch up on a good novel. great location for walking to town and the jitney to the beach is a plus, no need to rent a car!"

"I use to nanny for these people for months. Not only was I massively ripped off, these are not professionals you are dealing with more like con artists. I would imagine these establishments are as poorly run as their other businesses. I would highly recommend no one support their businesses, including their 21 fair street restaurant and the summer house. I really would take your business elsewhere (like no joke)."

"we did a Father - Daughter weekend and few weeks ago and stayed at 27 Fair street summer house location.the room was a nice size for the two of us, and had a roll out couch for my daughter, and a king bed for me. it was clean, well lit, and the TV got all the movie channels. the staff was very nice, and found two beach chairs for us. nice thing is the free shuttle to the Summer house in Sconset, we used the pool out there one day. Love the free breakfast in the morning, fresh warm blueberry muffins, and fresh cut fruit. Can't say enough about this location, 4 minute walk to town, and reasonable prices for the location, and services. We would stay again and again"

"I cancelled my reservation well outside of the thirty day period and the policy clearly states a refund will be provided if you do so. I have waited 10 days for a refund and have called daily to get in touch with someone to discuss this refund. The phone number constantly is either out of service or directs you to a call center where you’re told someone will call you back promptly. I have not received calls or emails in response to my request. I am extremely disappointed in the level of poor service and disregard for customers that this facility has. 10 out of 10 would never recommend to anyone."
