"Nice and stylish but definitely overpriced for what you got. We paid $699 for Saturday night and $379 for Sunday night. Room was very small, located in the top floor which was probably the attic. We had to go up narrow steps, the type that you had to go down sideways for safety. My husband and I had to be very careful not to hit our heads on the overhanging ceiling. Not much room to move around so I hit my foot/leg many times on the bed. I don’t mind hotels charging a lot, BUT they need to back it up. The room we were assigned was definitely not worth what we paid for it. Very thin walls so we heard our neighbors’ conversations easily; we heard the shower running from our other neighbors; and doors rattling from the wind. Our bathroom was tidied up, water carafe refilled, but our bed was not made up. We think the housekeeper forgot. Breakfast was nice, but cut up fresh fruit would have been nice, not just some oranges in a bowl. Location was great. Would look somewhere else before booking this place again."

"Very disappointing. We greatly anticipated our stay as we were celebrating our 50th anniversary. But, unfortunately two days before we were due to arrive suffered a death in our immediate family. We contacted the hotel to cancel or reschedule the hotel visit and requested either a credit for a future stay or a refund, however the hotel refused to do so citing their two week notice cancellation policy. We explained the circumstances, that the death was sudden and could not have been anticipated two weeks in advance, however the hotel would not consider any accommodation. Although we will reschedule our 50th celebration on Nantucket, we will NEVER consider the Hotel Pippa again. We don't think you should either."

"Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at Hotel Pippa. We had a very last minute change on the day we were arriving to the hotel and the manager, COURTNEY, was NOT willing to work with us AT ALL. She was EXTREMELY RUDE on the phone despite the fact I was trying to work things out with her. The manager, Courtney, kept telling me that no changes can happen unless it's 14 days before arrival but I clearly had some changes in our trip but, again, she did not care and was extremely rude and not understanding that this is life and things happen! I ended up booking with another hotel nearby that upgraded my reservation with NO CHARGE at all. Courtney, you could have & should have done a better job!!! Never booking with hotel Pippa again!!!!"

"My wife and I loved our 4 night stay here. Their outdoor seating area is just awesome, the rooms are clean and loaded with good products, and the free breakfast was a treat every morning. We loved sitting outside for breakfast or a drink before dinner. Plus, you are right in the middle of downtown Nantucket with easy access to everything. The staff was also incredibly friendly, especially Paula. You won't regret a stay at this Hotel."
