"I stayed for one night at Rosewood. The staff is very friendly there. I was allowed to check in late which is very helpful. Room was clean and well put together. The price was a bit high for one night, but I can't complain too much as the service and cleanliness made up for it!"

"The rooms are supposed to be non-smoking but the room smelled like old smoke, there were burn marks on the bathroom counter and both bedspreads. These rooms had old filters in the air conditioning, it needed paint and some sort of Décor. We were able to stay with me spraying about a bottle of Lysol on the entire room. The host and hostess were very nice and accommodating; but they busted my chops on a service dog; meanwhile the neighbor had a big loud dog and they had problems with it in the middle of the night"

"This place is disgusting. Upon opening the door to my room, the dank smell of mild dew instantly hit me. I then began to look around, and the condition of the bathroom was absolutely horrid. My towels were stained , the bathroom curtain had mold, and the bathtub had many brown spots. After, I went to go check my bed. When I lifted up the mattress, there was this large brown stain on the box spring. I was horrified to use the hotel bedding, so I packed my own sheets to put over the mattress. I was so scared to touch the microwave, or refrigerator because they look as if they have never been cleaned before. All in all, this place was a dump and not worth the $150 a both they are charging. I rather sleep in my car."
