"I stayed here for a week with my boyfriend and it is a perfect place if you don't mind simple and small space. It's a room with a bathroom along with a mini fridge, desk, tv, and air conditioning which was essential in the summer heat. It's a quiet spot on the water with plenty of privacy. The owner keeps the rooms very clean and tidies up. For the price and simplicity, it is well worth a stay."
"Sweet, simple room. If you are looking for fancy, this isn't it. However, if you want a pretty view, a comfy bed, and don't mind a small bathroom, this is your place. Fridge and microwave in the room; nice tv; quiet location; clean room; privacy; and friendly owner. A dresser vs a desk would be nice, and newer rugs and bedspread would also be great. But, overall a very nice place for the cost and location."
