"I ordered a Roast Beef sub and I'm not sure it could have been worse. It had a weird texture of soft shavings of beef. (Responding to the owner - I'm not sure that I wanted the issue corrected. Reviews aren't intended to solve problems, they are intended to help others understand if they want to eat here. I waited 15 minutes for this order, even though it was the second one through the door and I had to go up to the counter to ask them to find the order. They looked me in the eye and handed me this, so clearly they didn't think this was a problem. Unfortunately, since this place is in a tournament facility, there aren't many other options for families stuck here, but with passive-aggressive responses to negative reviews, I guess my kids will be eating Dunkin' Donuts from now on.)"
