I witness a costumer being rude to one of the baristas and this was emotional for me that works either way costumer service. To that barista hope she is ok, and the whole team are ok. "This place is ridiculous. Every time I order my favorite drink, it’s never filled up. Pay almost 8 bucks for a drink that’s always just halfway full and the baristas just want to argue instead of trying to make sure the customer leaves happy with what they paid for. Pic is an example of what they found to be acceptable for a venti drink and made it look the same after I asked for it to be remade. I never have this issue at any other Starbucks nearby. This is also adding 3 extra shot of espresso so it should definitely be full."
