"Every time I stop at this location to get a medium cappuccino, this is what I get - coffee with milk and NO foam. Dunkin’ every time! I am usually not the one to write a negative review, but enough is enough! It’s time to tell your manger to fix the milk steamer or train your employees how to make a proper cappuccino. Other option is to remove the name from your menu of items. I pay a cappuccino price and not for a coffee with milk. Gone to Starbucks!"
