Quality Inn Boston-Revere 100 Morris Street, Revere, MA 02151

"We just needed a place to sleep and this provided that and a decent breakfast. (I just read all the negative reviews and we didn't experience any of that. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Shower worked well.) Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Wifi was flaky and we ended up using my data on my cell phone because the wifi wasn't reliable enough to watch a movie with. The TV doesn't allow the external HDMI port to be used, which I was hoping to stream a movie via my laptop, but we had to just use the laptop because they have a locked remote so I couldn't switch the input. I'm not clear as to why using an HDMI port is a bad thing for the hotel. The pool was closed for repairs (and not advertised on the website). We did use the exercise room. Breakfast was adequate, not as good as some continental breakfasts, but was fine. Our only real complaint was that the road is one-way so we had to go out of our way every time we left the hotel, but it was easy to find and easy to get in and out of Boston for touristy stuff."

"I loved staying here. The hotel workers were great and friendly. The over night guy at the desk was terrific. I would come back just to see him. He was more then helpful with anything. Treated you like family not customers."

"Do you enjoy feeling every spring of your mattress poke into your body as you try to sleep? No? Then I would not recommend this hotel at all. Beyond that and the paper thin walls, it was honestly quite nice. But the whole point of a hotel is a place to sleep, and frankly I don't think it serves that purpose."

"I was disgusted by the cleanliness of this hotel. The bathroom was missing a shower curtain, stained tub, peeling wallpaper with mold. The floors looked like they were never cleaned. The windows were fogged and dirty. The view from the window of garbage. The beds were lumpy and small. Stained blanket on top of bed. We were traveling so checked in later for only 1 night or we would have left for another place. It was rather expensive too since we needed 2 rooms for 667.00. The deadbolt on the door barely closed. I didn’t feel safe. I would never stay there again."

"The first room we checked in smelled like cigarette smoke. We were switched to another room which seemed to be bigger but really outdated and it was handicapped accessible on the fifth floor. The shower pressure was terrible, toilet would barely flush, the room seemed as it was cleaned but there was obvious unclean areas in the corners of the bathroom.The soap holders in the shower were hanging on by a thread couldn’t even put our stuff on it. Our keys stopped working, when we went to the front desk and asked for the key to be reprogrammed they just made a new key without even verifying the name on the room which felt a little unsafe as anyone can come and get a key just say the room number. Breakfast was mediocre at best. We checked in late and it was too late to go somewhere else at that point. For the amount of money they charge you can definitely find a better, cleaner, up to date hotel."
