"I’ve lived here for about 6 months now and I feel genuinely like everyone’s negative reviews on here are a bit over the top. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the leasing agents as well as the maintenance crew .. treat them how you want to be treated! The leasing team has answered my questions quickly when I’ve gone to them, and maintenance is always around working on things and quickly responds to my work orders, and they are very friendly too! I’ve had most of my issues caused by the residents not cleaning up after themselves or being disrespectful of shared spaces (dogs,trash,etc.) which is ironic since they are the ones always complaining. I would genuinely would recommend living here! It’s not perfect (is any apartment complex?) but you can’t beat the location and the price is good in comparison to options near by and closer to the city."

"I lived at this building for a year. I must say that they are very sweet to you before you sign your lease. After you sign, the switch flips and you are now treated as an annoyance more than anything. For instance, there is a very tall, very obese very small faced brunette person that works in the leasing office. It is extremely rude, racist (threw slurs at my black fiancee) and entitled. It believes it's powerful for some reason. It is indeed an obese "model" and it spends more time on the internet seeking approval on instagram and likely onlyfans than it does serving the people of the building. When I moved in I signed my lease. I was told by the desk woman at the time I needed a 60 day notice to move out at the end of my term. They got 11 months written notice. I immediately handed her a written document notifying her of my intent to move out at the end of my lease. I was harassed by the leasing office staff at the end of my lease trying to force me to reinstate my lease because i never gave my 60 day notice to leave. This was the most uncomfortable situation as they threatened to take me to court when They lost my documents stating "the front desk rep you gave your notice to doesnt work here anymore and we cant find the document you gave her so we are going to force you to pay more money." This wasnt the only document they lost. I was harassed for months by the obese small faced person for my renters insurance upon move in. I provided it 5x over 2 weeks and kept being told im going to be kicked out without supplying the document which I provided multiple times. Upon investigation.... turns out the obese staff member purposefully deleted it. STAY AWAY FROM 500. The staff is terrible."

"Horrible management. I moved out end of may and now more than 4 months later am still following up regularity to finally receive my check of the deposit I provided at start of the lease. Bad communication and meanwhile almost feels like it’s a scam. Construction quality is a nightmare as well. It was pouring rain through the windows into the apartment with every rain storm. Only upside is the view, location and also maintenance staff was nice. This review will probably see the same call number xyz and contact management for resolution email, but no one will answer this phone except for a machine voice that should direct you to leasing office but no one ever picks up. Edit: Meanwhile received the refund."

"What a shameless young lady in the front. The assistant manager is rude, inconsiderate, and wouldnt even open the door for me to come in and apply for an apartment. Than tried to use the fact that i didnt make an appt, as a justifiable reason to not even welcome me in. Im a businesss owner in this city, and i wouldnt let her wash the bathrooms in my business. the NASTIEST attitude. And invited me to leave a bad review. at night time you can see all the empty units. And i understand now. Front vestibule unit for entery is broken. The hallways smell like piss. The garage smells like piss. All product of poor managment. And a lack of enthusiasm from the team. GET IT TOGETHER!"

"Awful awful awful management. They are impossible to reach and incapable of fixing their mistakes. The whole building feels like a fire hazard as there are only 2 exits of rooms. The gym is deceivingly small with almost no equipment. Management decides whether or not they are going to come into the office or not based on however they are feeling. And the paint they use in the apartments is sticky! If you lean anything against the wall it will rip up paint when you go to move it. I urge anyone looking for an apartment to look elsewhere."
