"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I scheduled my dog for a bath and grooming. They called and said they had to cancel her appointment bc they were short staffed. I said no problem and happily rescheduled. The new appointment day came and we in the car on our way when I got a call 15 minutes prior to the appointment time that they had to cancel again because of short staffing. I was obviously frustrated with the lack of heads up but said ok, we can reschedule again. I asked for a discount on our visit since I had now scheduled two different days around this appointment, traveled in the car to the appointment and wasted time and money. Not only did they refuse any benefit but the owner wouldn't even take the time to talk to me when I asked to speak with them. I said they could call back another time and they refused to call back as well. Putting a customer out two times and not offering even an apology is pretty awful."
"Had the best experience at BYOD today, specifically with one of the employees Jenna. My dog is petrified of getting her nails clipped and was visibly uncomfortable entering the store. Jenna took extra attention, time and care to help my nervous pup. She went above and beyond and even offered to work with us moving forward to get my dog more comfortable with the whole process. Iโm so impressed and grateful for this experience and Jenna kindness. Highly recommend!"
