"My son had been referred to Dr. Vega after a procedure done beforehand. Consultation went well, I suppose. He is very straightforward. That was in July 2022 In November, maybe a week before a scheduled procedure the office called to confirm with a set time. Because of the short notice, I had to reschedule to another date which was scheduled for Thursday, January 5th. Friday, December 30th the office calls and says the appointment is scheduled for 1pm because I was last to call and confirm, although according to the manager I spoke with said it goes by procedure and age. My son is young enough to need sedation, so having him not eat anything after midnight until 1 pm or even later than that due to the procedure is something I'm not willing to do. This procedure would be on anyone's first to-do list especially if it had been held off for as long as it has. So the woman proceeded to tell me she can relay to the doctor and see if he can be seen earlier or if we reschedule again so we have an earlier time (as long as the call was confirmed first). I receive a call back from the woman I had spoken with prior and says the doctor recommends that I go elsewhere. After a consult, x-ray, and time lost all to be told to go elsewhere. I am appalled and still am days later. Dr Vega's office said they couldn't even give me any recommendation to another oral surgeon that could perform a procedure my son needs which was not helpful and they were really rude about it. I feel terrible for my sweet 7 year old. For now, he has no pain from an impacted tooth and hopefully it will stay that way until his upcoming consult/ procedure somewhere that will have my son and I's needs first."

"Great consultation for a needed surgery Dr Vega was very informative and answered all my questions and concerns. I didn’t feel rushed at all during my appointment which I appreciated because Ik providers are very busy these days. The receptionist Crysta was very friendly and super kind and made sure to give me all the information I needed. The offices in Raynham and Lakeville are nice and clean which is greatly appreciated. Just an all around great experience."

"My daughter had 4 wisdom teeth removed he told her to take Alleve or Tylenol. Later that evening she was in severe pain and even more so this morning. No one has returned phone calls. No one has called in a script for pain killers. Would not recommend this place to anyone!!! I appreciate that Dr. Vega did return her call after this post. No one likes to see there child in pain and, as you stated, no I wasn’t with her for her appointments as I am a single parent And have to work to provide for my family. I can also appreciate that not every patient tolerated pain in the same way and I personally don’t like the possibility of possible opiate addiction but in some instances, they are needed."

"The office staff is very informative and helpful. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed....all 4. Dr. Vega is great and uses the most effective anesthesia for patients comfort. Dr Vega explains the procedures, excellent bed side manner and friendly. I highly recommend this doctor for any oral surgery. Thank you Dr Vega"
