"If there was a zero star I would give it. I go there for a ROUTINE DENTAL APPOINTMENT which in my books would be radiographs, exam with the dentist, AND A DENTAL CLEANING. The person which I thought was the hygienist took radiographs and was very nice then got the doctor who did my exam. At the end of my exam the doctor said and I quote “ok she is good to get her cleaning now” the other person left to then come and tell me “ok we going to schedule a dental cleaning for another day”. I go to a reception who was very harsh to tell me that the hygienist is not in or left early due to family emergency which I understand things come up. But however as I explained to the woman I’m sorry I thought I was getting cleaning done today?? She said no due to the hygienist not being here. So first of all who the hell did I truly see then and secondly am I misunderstanding the whole situation and is a routine Dental not what it use to be. So scheduled a follow up dental cleaning. I ended up canceling it and expressing how I felt and was prompted by the receptionist to well. You can’t anticipate a dental cleaning at the same time as the Dental radiograph, Excuse me, really I put in for this appointment routine check up and dental cleaning put it this way. I will not be coming back here ever again with this type of situation. If they knew the dental hygienist that does the cleaning you should’ve called your patience or called me to say I’m sorry we need to reschedule to another day So that way I didn’t have to rearrange my whole schedule to make sure I was there on time."

"Gotta love almost drowning at the dentist. Got numbed up for cavities then left to choke on my own spit for 30 minutes. What ever crackpot Dr. They have in there doesn’t know what they’re doing cause where ever they put that novocain was not correct. I couldn’t swallow, so I couldn’t breath I had to lean over and manually open my jaw to be able to get the spit out. And then it was me that was unreasonable when I was upset. I will NEVER set foot in a place like this again. They are horrible and horrific. Great way to solidify my hatred for the dental profession"

"I had the pleasure of visiting Aspen Dental, and I'm delighted to share my experience. As someone who often feels anxious about dental visits, I was pleasantly surprised by how everyone at Aspen went above and beyond to alleviate my concerns. While a trip to the dentist isn't typically something to look forward to, I must commend both the front desk staff and the medical team for their excellent care. They created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which instantly put me at ease. Every question and concern I had was met with patience and thorough explanations. The kindness of the entire staff stood out to me. It's rare to find such a consistently friendly and considerate group of professionals. Their approach made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Moreover, it's evident that Aspen Dental is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, enhancing the overall experience. My issue was addressed swiftly and with great efficiency, all while maintaining a compassionate demeanor. What pleasantly surprised me further was the fairness of the costs, in comparison to other dental clinics I've visited. The team at Aspen Dental not only possesses extensive knowledge but also showcases true compassion for their patients. In conclusion, I can wholeheartedly recommend Aspen Dental for anyone seeking exceptional dental care. They excel in their commitment to patient comfort, state-of-the-art practices, and compassionate service. My anxiety was truly put to rest, and I left with a positive impression of a well-rounded and highly professional dental experience."

"This place should not have a license to conduct business. The entire facility is disgusting not only with dirt and grime everywhere, but the fact there is equipment in disrepair everywhere you look. Besides that they cannot be trusted. The quoted me a price for a crown but failed to confirm coverage from my insurance company and I ended up having to pay an extra $500 for the procedure. Additionally the crown they put in fell out after two weeks and I had to take another half day off work to get that fixed. The office staff is some of the rudest and incompetent people I've ever seen in a dental office. Not only rude but obnoxiously rude. Take a look at the pics in this review and decide for yourself if you would let these clowns work on your mouth, when they cannot even keep their equipment clean and in working order."
