"It's a dirty place, they are unaccommodating when you make an order mistake, and the food came out slower than promised. I work at Chick fil a and our service and cleanliness is much better so I was expecting to be treated how we are taught to treat customers... but it felt like they were just trying to get extra money out of a mistake. I'm very upset about this experience, what a waste of time and money. Do better, I'm sure you all make mistakes too, and sorry isn't going to cut it. Also, I heard my order called and watched it sit there and get cold, saying "it isn't ready yet" before checking on it??? Yelling and walking back there to see for yourself are two different things... Also, professionalism tip, don't have an airpod in while at the front serving people. The kitchen is focused and doing their best so props to them at least."

"If there would be a 0 star, I'd give that. It took them 1:30 hours to bring me a PIZZA. I called them many times, each time the person said driver is 7 mins away. But for some reason it took them 1:30 hours to deliver after it was ready. So, NEVER EVER EVER ORDER A pizza from them!!!!"

"3 hours for 2 pizzas. . . They say they do not have to get out of their car to deliver any pizzas if people do not answer their phone. Ive been watching the app. From prep, to bake, to check , and delivery. Went downstairs, 5-10 minutes Before it even went to delivery, i was outside. app said delivery completed yet i have been outside before it even said "delivery" for an hour to an hour and a half. Called them multiple times and all they said was 5 to 7 minutes. 40 minutes later nothing. Called them back and they said they do not have to get out of their car. I have apartment listed and everything. But guess new policy is they dont even have to ring your bell or get out of their car if you do not pick up your phone."

"I would recommend calling after you place an order on the app or just place order through phone, staff is very friendly and accommodating when you call! My order took a little longer than expected and they not only apologized but also sent me a coupon to make up for the delay. I experienced wonderful customer service when I spoke to them and would order from this location again!"

"Never ever ever order delivery from here. There is 0 parking there so I imagine it's hard for them to get the orders out. But carryout is so delicious, if you're going to get food from here only get carryout or else you aren't getting it at all"
