"Food is good but prices are way to high. I believe this is the most pricey pizza place in the state besides Boston. Let's be honest if you guys hired more older people the food would be right for the prices being provided. But 22 dollars for a pizza after tax is too much. Also almost 18 bucks for mozzarella sticks is overkill. I don't know much about business and not trying to say how you should run a business but as nice as I can say it try better by lowering prices for a little while and see how many more customers you'll get overtime which will attract higher income. Because the prices here are too much compared to many pizza places around , Worcester, Sutton , Grafton and Boylston"

"We have been going to Pizza Chef for many years now and have always been happy with our orders. The online ordering is convenient and the loyalty points program is nice to get a few bucks off every now and then. Delivery is always fast and the drivers are friendly and courteous."

"Ordered from here 10/13/23, first they delivered to the wrong house and told us they were remaking it. Then never did and didnt even bother to call us and let us know!!! Was extremely disappointed with how we were treated and waiting 2 hours to find out we were never getting our order. The teenage girl on the phone was very unpleasant."

"Ordered many times. Always been great. Last 3 orders sucked. I love there large cheese pizzas. The last 3 were awful. One was so over cooked, had to cut the rust off. Ordered and picked up about 3:00 pm. Second was ordered about 2 :00 pm, the next day. The third, was so much smaller and over cooked. Who works after 2:00?? Whoever it is should be looking for another job ."

"I Had a sausage grinder. It was delicious!!! The sausage was very flavorful & tender. I asked for lite tomato sauce & they prepared it perfectly. I have eaten here many times before & will continue to as they are consistantly great with everything I have tried on the menu."
