"Dr. Mayr is by far one of the best dentists I’ve been to. He is exceptionally profession and knowledgeable. His holistic approach is very much appreciated. He worked with me to set up an Invisalign plan that was easy and affordable. I’m so grateful for my smile and the care he provides my teeth. As my grandfather said, “only brush the teeth you want to keep.” There are few others in the city who I’d let look after these pearly whites."

"I really loved this dentist until about 20 minutes ago. My daughter had an appointment for a cleaning and exam which cost 275 I was told I could simply do the exam today for 125 so I opted for the exam. The dentist was with my daughter for 2 minutes told her to say ahhh and told us we were all set. No pictures..nothing applied to the teeth. I feel robbed why price out an exam to be 125 dollars and it takes less than 4 minutes? This is not considerate to your patients. I’m unsure if I’ll be back."

"Harmony has been my family's (husband, self, 10 y.o. child) dental care practice for about 5 years now and we have all received the most compassionate and non-judgemental care from Dr. Myer and team. Prior to Harmony, my last experience was through Tufts Dental School where I often felt pressured to go through with their suggested and excessive protocol and procedures. Dr Myer will never suggest a procedure unless it's necessary and will always take the least invasive road possible. Last night I experienced my first dental emergency after taking a big spill on an uneven sidewalk! It was traumatic to say the least. I called the office for advice immediately, knowing they would be closed but hoping for a call back in the morning. 20 minutes later, I received a text from Dr. Myer, who calmly talked me through my emergency and even made an appointment for me for 8 am this morning. He made an otherwise terrifying situation so much more manageable- by 9am today, my tooth was set back in place and I have a clear management plan in place. It is true that they no longer bill insurance outright, and there is a reimbursement process as some have mentioned, but I will continue to see the team at Harmony for as long as I am in or near Boston. I trust them implicitly with my dental health and know my best interests will always come first."

"Client since first year they opened, until recently. I’ve been attracted to Harmony’s health values since they started. And they were perfect for me in the beginning, they took my dental insurance, service was wonderful. So much so, I encouraged my sister and mother to join the office. And they both did. Last year their pricing increased, and insurances accepted lowered. Harmony communicated this to us months prior to the change. I was ok with paying more for my services as long as I was getting quality service. Though my mom had a bad experience the first cleaning she had here, I encouraged her to go again. With my favorite hygienist Angela( her work is impeccable!) Which was better for her. Over the time I have been here I have noticed they push dental work suggestions for me and my family which were not necessary. Or what we desired. Recently having gone to another dentist for second opinions. I now know know Harmony is not the best choice for me or my family."
