"I hadn't been to a dentist for the past 4 years — scared away by Covid — and given my advanced age and achy gums, I figured I was in for a very hard and expensive experience. But what I got at West Roxbury Modern Dentistry was the exact opposite, starting in the spacious waiting room where I was cordially wecomed into this great new community resource. First I was given an extensive series of x-rays followed by a meticulous cleaning and exam by Dr Hawkins, who patiently explained every aspect of what he had found — it turned out that my discomfort had arisen from the years of neglect and pile-up of tartar that was irritating my gums. No cavities! No root canals. And over an hour of care for less than $100! If you're looking for a topnotch dentist with an expert, super-friendly staff — plus a huge parking lot for Star Market — don't hesitate to make an appointment here. It's really the very best place to go for the very best dental care. I wish I could give it 50 stars, but I'll have to settle for 5 — plus loud and prolonged applause for ALL of you who looked after me so well!"

"Very friendly, helpful and patient dental team from front desk staff to Dr. Hawkins. My exam and cleaning were thorough and informative. I’m also a new patient and had no problem getting in quickly. They also do exam and cleaning at the same time. Several dental offices I contacted do them separately, requiring two appointments. Not here!!"

"I had just recently had service at the West Roxbury Modern Dentistry and had a wonderful experience. I have not had dental work done in a long time, so I was nervous at first, but the practice manager, dental assistant and doctor, made me feel at ease. The doctor was very informative and made sure that my comfort was top priority. I did not feel any pain during my procedure and she educated me on what was going on. The dental assistant was also very gentle with me and tended to my needs. The practice manager was awesome and answered all my questions, and took her time to really work with me. I cannot recommend this place enough for top quality care and service. I will defiantly be returning again."
