"The worst dental experience I've had. I can't believe they have such good reviews; the hygienist rushed through my cleaning and the dentist nevered show up. The hygenist wanted me to make another additional appointment if I wanted to see the dentist. They only focus to get the money and not in the patient care. I definitely wouldn't recommend her, please look for another place, don't believe the other reviews."

"Worst experience of my life. Started off with a really unfriendly tone but it was all fine. I told the hygienist that I had a chipped filling in the top right, she told me “I don’t see any issues” and went on to the cleaning. She poked the problem area, naturally I flinched and told her that hurts. She got very obviously annoyed, shook her head, rolled her eyes and told me there isn’t any issue and that “well now when I’m in that area and not even touching you you’re flinching”. If your career is in dental care, I think it’s really important to be mindful of anxious dental patients. To top it all off, the dentist wasn’t even in office for my exam so they want me to come back. Really disappointed at my experience here and I’ll be going back to my old dentist (45 min away) because this place has ruined trying new dentists out."

"Went to mint - got way more x rays than I needed done of my teeth. Oral hygienist did all the work and never saw the dentist. The dental hygienist then told me I had 9 cavities. I went to a different dentist in boston. Had them look, check, and confirm they did not see what MINT was seeing. They reached out. there is no way i would recommend a dentist that felt trying to bill insurance for 9 cavities that did not exist was OK...."

"I rarely leave reviews but this one was a must! After many years of not going to the dentist due to trauma from my childhood, Dr. Kasia and team (from the front desk to dental assistants to the hygienists etc) turned things around for me. The care was immaculate! I needed a lot of work done due to my own negligence and my teeth were restored to perfection. The women in this office helped me conquer I fear I never thought I’d tackle and I’m very grateful to them for it! Not only did they make me feel safe but they also worked with me to figure out best financial solutions to cover my care. If you’re afraid to go but also know it’s something you need to face MINT will make you feel safe and cared for."

They give you all the options and trade offs for your situation and are upfront about the costs. Further, the staff is always friendly, and they are always accommodating with your schedule and can work with you over text to find an appointment that works. Average wait time to be seen once there was less than 10 min"
