"Dr. Pareek, her associates and staff have been nothing but amazing to me. I needed a lot of work and I was nervous because I honestly don’t like going to the dentist but from the front desk staff to the dental assistant all the way up to the doctor everyone has ALWAYS been more than professional. The front desk staff will engage you in conservation, if you have any questions they will always go above and beyond to help you with whatever request and the Dr never leaves me feeling confused or unsure she always makes sure I understand what I am having done, why I need it etc. You are doing yourself a serious disservice if you don’t go to see Dr Pareek!!!!"

"First time needing a dentist in the US, worst experience of my life. Despite the kindness of the nurse, the doctor (dr. Pareek) that visited me didn’t even introduced herself, couldn’t recognize a cavity despite 10 x-rays and a panoramic, and then she came up with “we just need to extract your wisdom teeth, that’s where you have huge cavities”.. but I don’t even have my wisdom teeth out and they never hurt! The lack of competence and ability to even communicate with the patient was outrageous. Never again and avoid it at all costs!"

"NEVER GO HERE. They offer discounts for reviews, do not trust the 5 star reviews. Their facilities are one reception area connected to one "exam room," neither air conditioned, both very old and unclean looking. At my first checkup, I thought they might be okay. When I went back for the fillings they said I needed, I mentioned my dental anxiety, and all they said was "take some deep breaths." During the procedure, I was supposed to be numb, but I started feeling intense pain. I said, "that hurts," and Dr. Pareek said, "that's impossible," and continued drilling until I forced her to stop again and give me more numbing. The dental assistant and the dentist were talking about each other's lives and rifling through drawers (without changing gloves) while they had my mouth open. They scheduled another patient too soon after me and appeared visibly rushed toward the end of my filling. While trying to file down my filling, she asked me if my teeth felt uneven on either side, and when I was unsure she just continuously filed my tooth and then told me to leave. I have scheduled with a new dentist. I have been trying to acquire my dental records from Pareek so that I may receive any dental care. It has been two weeks, and I called yesterday about this, and was told "oh yeah, we have a pile of them, I'll get to yours tomorrow." That was yesterday, and today at 11am my new dentist has not received the records. Pareek's office was meant to open at 8am. I have been calling as well as checking the office, but I have received no communication and the building is locked. Since I don't have my records I cannot get any dental care now unless I pay out of pocket for new, unnecessary X-rays. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Edit: I love how their reply did not address the fact that their office was empty for a long time past my appointment and my terrible experience while getting fillings there and being ignored when I said I was in pain. Still don't go here."
