"My experiences with Harvard St Clinic in part with Dental has always been above board, my appointments are always on time staff is always polite and I always get answers to any questions I asks, never any problems with getting any appointment for the time that fits my schedule and getting a referral to see someone else for that is not handled in their office is not a problem. I really do not understand what the issue is with other complaints but they must be having a bad day!! People have to remember some things may be not possible for Dentist to provide and they try to send you to someone else in all likelihood depending on what you need you are welcomed and accomodated I know I am very pleased with the service and the referrals I received. So, just leave the attitudes at home go with a open mind and do not let other push your buttons and make you snap and you will a good visit a nice outcome!!!"
