"I am a patient at Warshauer & Santamaria. Whilst I am happy to be a patient here, I just wanted to give some gentle feedback: Firstly I understand it is a dentist’s job to advise. However recently, each time I attend here, I feel pressured by numerous employees to undergo additional services and treatment, some of which without prior knowledge. For example, I had turned up for my appointment today and was told over the phone before that it was just for cleaning. Then, when I turned up, I was told it’s for cleaning and x, y and z which I was not told beforehand. I am aware that the dentist has put together a treatment plan and when the time is right, I will consider it as there are multiple factors to consider beforehand (e.g finances, work and family commitments, travel etc.) but I do not want to be pressured to do this. For now, I just want the Professional Dental Cleaning service, as I’ve had a great experience with the hygienist. Please can you make a note of this as I don’t want to be pressured going forwards for additional services? I will be sure to let you know if I require additional services. To confirm, my next appointment in May is for dental cleaning and exam. After that, I just want professional dental cleaning please. Please feel free to contact me to discuss. "I feel compelled to write a review of this office, which is just one step above street swindler. Over the summer this office removed two of my teeth, one of which was infected. (I'm now wondering if the other even needed to be removed.) I went back to start the process of implants. The first thing they did was direct me to their CT scan machine. I asked if insurance would cover that, and they replied "no worries" since it would be folded into the implant treatment plan. After the CT scan they gave me a treatment plan with a bill for $22,000!!! They informed me that insurance would not cover anything (a lie), and regardless, Dr Dehni was not "in network." I asked if Dr Mordini could do the work since he is "in network" and I was happy with his work regarding the tooth extractions. They replied that Dr Mordindi does not perform implants. (A lie.) When I balked at handing over my credit card for a $22,000 payment, they told me I then needed to pay for the CT scan (which according to them had been payment "no worries"). I refused, and they were quite aggressive about it. I went to another dentist, a skilled practitioner with a degree from BU and lots of great reviews. Total cost? $2,500 because the insurance will indeed cover much of it and Warshauer's prices are inflated to say the least. I had begun to develop a distrust for this office when they gave me a hard sell on braces to fix a crooked tooth I have lived with my entire life. (I'm 62). I will say that the Brazilian dental assistant is very nice, Dr Mordini is competent and Dr Santamaria is warm and sweet. Still, with prices inflated like that and the extreme dishonesty of this practice, the final judgment is STAY AWAY"

Easy paper work - download their app, answer a few questions, include your insurance number and you’re done. Welcoming, efficient, positive, modern and professional. None of the cold corporate chain doom and gloom dentist vibe. Great cleaning experience"

"I love Dr Santamarias office and her team! I have been coming here since 2019. I regularly see Milena the hygienist when I come in for cleanings and she is amazing! She works incredibly hard and is very detail oriented. The office is so calming and has a warm atmosphere, and the desk staff couldn’t be nicer. The low key music is a nice touch too! Thanks for making visiting the dentist such a pleasant experience, team!"
