"I was looking for a new dentist. Haven't been in years. Dr. Alex was great. Explained to me what was going on in my mouth. Did a routine cleaning. Recommended to schedule another appointment for a deep cleaning. The dental hygienist Thanh was warm and friendly. I was ashamed to go to the dentist because my teeth had gotten so bad and nothing I was doing on my own was helping. But my teeth are super clean. Feel like a brand new person."

"Dr. Kumaraguru is very rude. No pleasant bone in him at all. He berated me for having pain during the oral surgery. Yelling at me to stop yelling because I couldn't possibly feel any pain just pressure. Didn't explain anything he was doing to me. Accused me of lying about my allergies even though all he had to do was look in my medical records that I'm sure he could access. Put me tons of pain and then told me that I was just going to have to figure oit my pain tolerance and medication for it on my own. His secretary basically refused to give me the correct spelling of his name so I could report him. They don't have separate rooms for the patients so I heard him as he screamed at a patient for not having clean teeth and brushing poorly. Seemed like he gets off from embarrassing his patients"
