"Edit: I just got a call from their staff as they are disappointed in my review, (a review I stand by) and that they are not trying to take anything from anyone, they are a small business, and this negative review effects them. Umm, have you all not seen the other recent reviews? They are mostly negative and obviously for a reason. I was told they were sorry they couldn't continue but it's the standard of care (But the dentist THEY referred me to doesn't use this plug and its not mandatory). They couldn't continue because I did not have $200. Let me be clear. I am a repeat past patient, I have had multiple extractions at this location. Had they notified me that there was a cost associated with extractions, I would not have made the appointment, I originally just wanted a referral for an oral surgeon but was told they could pull the tooth there and I'd need to come in for the refferal anyway ( a referral I was already given) I adamantly believe it's wrong to allow a patient to come in there without that knowledge. I got absolutely no help, but my insurance is being billed for an offixe visit and x-rays. If you are a masshealth patient and need an extraction skip this place, there is a $200 fee associated with having an extraction (per tooth) for a collagen plug that is only worth about $30 There is no reason that they do not notify patients ahead of time that there is a fee. But then they couldn't charge masshealth for an office visit and x-rays. This doctor is concerned about one thing his pockets. So very discouraged and disappointed. The front desk staff and dental assistant was great."

"WARNING!! if you got mass health and need tooth extraction don't go. I was told they wouldn't pull my tooth out because i wouldn't pay a $200 fee for collagen ive had extraction here b4 no issue no extra payment i just put gause until gum heals an take antiniotics but thay claim there STANDARDS CHANGED they wont do it if you dont pay. So they ran xrays an tell me oh yeah thats infected I say yeah nice an leave will maybe go to whittier st. I Believe this is terrible business practice don't claim your standards have changed for care, you are just tired of free extractions greedy lames."

"Disappointing Experience at Perfect Dental I had high hopes for Perfect Dental when I scheduled an appointment to fix my smile. However, my experience left me quite disappointed. After waiting for four weeks for the necessary parts to arrive, I was excited to see the final result. Unfortunately, when the work was completed, I wasn't satisfied with the way my smile looked. To my surprise, the dentist refused to address my concerns and instead directed the receptionist to make a referral. It's disheartening when a dental professional doesn't take the time to understand a patient's concerns and provide a solution, especially after a significant wait. I had hoped for a more positive outcome and better communication from Perfect Dental. As it stands, I cannot fully recommend their services based on my experience."

"Friendly staff. Clean environment. They were able to schedule my emergency appointment and make a plan for me pretty quickly. The doctor was nice and took the time to teach me what was going on with my teeth. I would definitely return here."
