They are gentle & do what's best for you, not what's going to Make the most amount of money. Finding this place was a blessing. I've been going here for years now. I trust them so much, I'd rather pay out of pocket to go here than go to some hack job that takes my insurance. They've always had my best interest at heart here. They have been so good to me. "Caring and genuinely concerned about my oral health are 2 qualities that come to mind when I write this. BTW - this review is unsolicited. I had a cleaning last week, and I realized as I sat in the chair that I've been a patient for more than 42 years. If you're looking for a top notch dental practice without the modern office, and over the top fanfare, then this is the place for you. Most people I know dread going to the dentist. I'm not one of them!"

"5.0 star rating 2/16/2017 Dr. Spagnuolo is extremely professional and his work is excellent. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I am not a particularly desirable patient. I wait too long between appointments, I usually do not like needles (except for the magical way that Dr. S gives them). Nonetheless the whole team makes me feel welcome and makes an effort to keep me well informed of my options. Educational material is readily available; and the hours are great. . They will not let you down! Everything runs on time and I can not imagine one area in need of improvement. I plan to stay with the doctor for many years. I recommend Dr. Spagnuolo without reservation; he is a model doctor and dentist."
