"I brought my two dogs in for a bath at 8:00 am, and picked them up at 10:30. Following grooming, one of my dogs cowered in the trunk of my car and could not open his eyes. I brought him home and flushed out his eyes. A few hours later I had to bring him to the emergency hours at the vet as he couldn't open his eyes. The vet said the surface of one of his corneas was completely scratched. The other eye was irritated but not scratched. I am furious at this groomer and will not ever bring my dogs there again. Not only did I incur a large vet bill, but my dog may have vision difficulties due to this. Time will tell."
