"Customer service was amazing! I was calling from out of state trying to help my mother find a specific food for her dog. The gentleman Andrew, was extremely helpful in locating the food and also its phosphorus count for me. He took my information and set the product aside to save it for us. I later called the store again to inform we found something closer to home. Andrew answered again and was extremly professional and understanding to not needing it no longer. Thank you for your professionalism and quick location of the product."

"Cute, clean, dog-friendly shop that carries the brands I like to treat my dog with (Polkadog bakery, icelandic, Bocce's, etc). I brought my dog in to pick out what chew she wanted and she ate it on the spot (the owner was super nice about it). It's great to finally have a good dog supplies store in the Porter area!"
