"Just visited Unos, which will not happen again unfortunately. Had taken kids for years to this Unos and always great food. Tonight my Son now 19 and husband decided to visit. Only redeeming qualities are the staff. Pizza was made wrong, which can happen anywhere. So chef made again, but came out uncooked. Sent it back. In the meantime was offered a salad which was good. Third time thin crust pizza still not cooked on the bottom. Couldn’t pick up. Asked why pizza still wasn’t cooked and nobody knew why. Waste of money and time. Should have realized place went down hill when we walked in on a Saturday night and it was dead."

"I order the Rattlesnake Pasta SUB SHRIMP NO CHICKEN every couple of weeks. Every time I get it, there is something new wrong with it. When I order during the week they just pile the ingredients in 1 corner of the food and the cheese melts like that, which makes it impossible to mix. It is very clear the cooks during the week are either incompetent or just do not care. When I order on the weekend they just give me a shrimp cocktail on top of it with chicken despite me specifically saying no chicken every single time. Not even getting into the fact that the chicken is bland and tastes like burnt grill, it is very simple to follow an order ticket, but somehow they constantly mess it up. This time I did not even receive shrimp despite paying for it. At least this time they mixed the ingredients. If you dine in, it's fine. If you are going carry out, I do not suggest ordering from here."

"I ordered a "create your own" deep dish pizza, it was okay except there was some sands when I chewed on the pizza, but I decided not to bring it up with the manager. The Downeast cider was really good. The one thing that really bother me was the loud music. Does anyone like to listen to music at a restaurant?"

"I felt very comfortable, the server was very attentative and very kind. Food was amazing i loved everything! I Ordered the broccoli cheddar soup, chicken parmesan and chicken bacon BBQ sandwiches with fries, small make your own pizza from kids menu, the deep dish brownie with ice cream and the dough bites. Can't wait to go again."
