Dunkin'

"I don't visit Dunking Donut's anymore. Prices to high. But mainly because I was told that they will not sell me 2 donut holes. Not even 4. Got a seasonal muffin and it was wrong flavor. I gave 3's because the people inside seemed happy enough even though most did not buy food."

"Well… I come here sometimes because it’s on my way to work. But today maybe be my last. I order at the drive through and they did my order wrong I correct the person handing my order. The person I corrected had an huge attitude issue. Did seem like she was having a good day. I would not come here if you want someone give you an attitude."

"l have enamel sensitivity and need to get my ice coffee without ice/light ice. This is the ONLY Dunkin in 8 States I've traveled to say if you get no ice; we won't fill it. I tell them I can't get it with ice. The last time I got to my car and poured what they gave me into a medium cup and it STILL wasn't full And they aren't polite about it. Do NOT go here!!!!!!!"

"I don't know what happened, this used to be our goto Dunkin, it's now on our avoid list. Did this go under new management? Staff are argumentative, the coffee here used to be the best in the area, the past month or so, it's so weak. Like ice milk, and when you ask for another shot, and stating we're will to pay for it, the response is rude and argumentative. We've tried to be fair, everyone has off days, but this is now been off for a month or so. Today was our last visit.Not that you care but bad form Peter, bad form."

"Usually my-to Dunkin in the area, until this morning I was berated by two of the women preparing my mobile order. Understandably it was a drive-thru mobile order, and I get that they were busy, but I came inside after waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes, and I could literally see my order & just nicely asked one of the girls if she could hand it to me. Only for the girl to cuss me out, go back to the prep area where she and another woman berated me from behind the scenes very loudly. And of course, they didn’t yell at me to my face, they yelled it loud enough for me and everyone else to hear their disdain for my coming inside, f-bombs and all. I yelled back that maybe they should sit in line “like everyone else” if i”the like really isn’t that bad. Highly unprofessional. And when I did finally see the pair again, they looked about as miserable as you’d expect. Didn’t say a word to me when handing me my order which had been ready for over 15 minutes. I hate giving 1 star reviews and I usually won’t, but the experience is as that bad: normally the crew during the daytime is extremely nice, so I feel bad leaving this. I get that the food industry can be hard and thankless: you can be overworked & underpaid, and I always make a point to treat service workers with the utmost respect, but treating patrons this way should be unacceptable."
