Athol House of Pizza Restaurant

"I ordered $60 worth of food here. Baked seafood dinner that was burnt and the worst I've ever had in my life. The scallops tasted like they were marinated in battery acid. The presentation and preparation taken was very careless, sloppy and unprofessional. This meal was $24.99. This meal looked like it was taken out of the dumpster, then thrown in a alluminum container. I wish I could post a picture of this. The rest of the food in my order was just okay. However, I will never come back here again. Save your money, and by all means, do not order any on the seafood menu. The owner has no idea how to cook it. A filet of fish from McDonald's would taste better and have better presentation and preparation than Athol House Of Pizza."

"Athol House of Pizza was open on Sunday, so I visited them while in Athol recently. I have not visited any Athol eatery in many a year. It was shortly after they opened for the day, so although the app was telling me my small pizza would be a 45 min wait to pick up, I walked in quite a bit early. Glad I did, pizza was just about to come out of the oven! There were no customers in there yet, but orders to go were already coming in. I learned the shop changed management a few months back. The lady at the counter was attentive and very friendly. I got to witness interaction between employees (owners?) and it was good natured & positive, giving a good impression of the atmosphere. Small half cheese half Roni pizza was great! Not greasy, reasonable amount of cheese, and I forgot to ask for cooked well (my husband's preference) but it was cooked well enough to satisfy that need while balancing my preference! Definitely will visit them again!"

"We have tried them in the past, and were happy with our result, but this experience knocked that out of the park! It arrived a full half hour earlier than the ETA, and was fresh, hot and delicious! Easily some of the best takeout pasta I've ever experienced. We also got subs and a burger, and everyone was incredibly pleased at how amazing the food was. Thank you so much for some great delivery right in town!"
