"Cute store. But the service is slow. The last straw is trying to find parking. Called ahead and store employees told me to park in the lot behind the store. It took 10 minutes and 2 around the block drives to realize it is nowhere to be found. Turns out parking lot is down the street with a Bank of America sign."

I get wanting to end your shift and close the store but someone could have at least checked if what I was looking for was located somewhere within the store, or maybe at another location."

"A Hardware Store on Steroids! Our first visit to Hatchet Hardware of Troy was for some plumbing parts. When we first walked in, my thoughts were, 'they're not going to have plumbing parts...' I was totally wrong. This hardware store has it all – everything you expect in a local hardware store and then some. The entry to the store is filled with unique items for your home, trinkets, and gifts. It's a visual delight. Then you get into the heart of the store and there you'll find housewares and small appliances, landscape supplies, light bulbs...the list goes on. They even offer refills of cleaning supplies for environmentally conscious shoppers. Don't forget about upstairs which houses the plumbing supplies amongst other things.
