"Great selection. I like to support the local stores. My complaint is selling items over manufacturers list price. I bought a Weber accessory and while in the store I looked it up and the price advertised was more than MSRP. I can buy it elsewhere and have it shipped for less. On a separate occasion I ordered a part from Stihl that offered free shipping to store and they would deliver it to the store. When I came to pick it up they wanted to charge me for shipping. I ended up reordering it and having it sent to my house."
"First and foremost the team at this store is fantastic! However, the online ordering and stock level system is a mess. Multiple items were out of stock that were listed as in stock. It also took over two days to find out an online order was unable to be fulfilled. The Hatchet name is really sullying the True Value brand."
