"Drove past the motel several nights ago around 7pm. The parking was lit up and not a single car or person visible. I called about 15 minutes later and ask for the rate for the evening. The lady told me that they were filled up, no rooms available."

"Was in Bennington for a few days beginning of September. I was traveling with my mother and unable to find a room anywhere in town due to the state paying for homeless to stay in local hotels. I was going to stay from Monday and check out Thursday morning. The room was Very old and had a very bad oder(musty). I was able to crank open a window to get air. It is in need of Many updates. I tried to call around to get a room anywhere but there was none. We left first thing In morning we decided to stay with a friend so I went back to hotel around 2pm to return key and told manager we were checking out early and I understood I couldn’t get a credit for Tuesday night because it was past checkout but was hoping to get a credit for Wednesday night. I got nothing back so I wasted money to stay in a Old musty hotel that I payed for 3 nights but could only stay for 1 due to the condition of room"

"The Family.. husband and wife team I presume CLASS ACT...If had any problems they were very accommodating and respectful and fair..I can appreciate the work effort put towards customer service. My experience might not be the same as you. But if you stay honest and be respectful towards the staff/owners then I bet you will be blown away by how much they are willing to help you out with issues. Other places need staff like them . Truly caught me off guard with their hospitality... I really did have a relaxing time there .. friendly people around me as well.. amazing"

"So far so good the front desk people are responsible and really do interact with you. Friendly and helpful. My room was clean and they give you what ever you need to keep that way no pesky knocking at your door to clean up matter of fact they leave you be to enjoy your stay. The neighbors are also helpful informative.I have been pleasantly shocked. Never judge a book by its cover this place has all the makings of a hidden gem on the long road known at route 7."
