"First off, I would like to say their first impression was their best impression. However, a month after my schedule appointment for having my wisdom tooth removed, everything changed. It appeared it became more about the money, and how fast they can get me out of there, as opposed to the care in consideration for a “patient.” I was a skeptic when it came to bad things happening on Friday 13th, but it all changed on the 13th of my surgery. Let me reiterate they were not slow on taking payment. They reminded me over six times, I’d counted. Which is completely understandable, however, it was, in the manner in which they asked, that came across as very aggressive. Now, getting on the table to be put down for anesthesia, one of the assistance, made a disrespectful remark about the sweatshirt that I was wearing, and gave me an attitude because I had no shirt underneath and told me repeatedly to “be quiet and stop talking” while I was asking questions about how the procedure would go, And I apologize for it, which I shouldn’t have had to, but I was being considerate. After my wisdom teeth were removed and the anesthesia, was starting to wear off they rolled me into another room in a wheelchair. At that point I was in excruciating pain. I was in tears!!!! My fiancé was astonished and wanted all details as to how the procedure went. He explained that he had to pull so hard that they were fragments of my wisdom tooth left attached to my jawbone. The assistant then gave me the meds to take. I found it EXTREMELY difficult taking those meds with my mouth and upper part of my throat. Being numb from the Novocain and I tried explaining that to her and she insisted that I take the medication’s when I get home. I told her my ride home was almost 25mins away, and that I shouldn’t have to endure that type of unbearable pain upon leaving this place. After the third attempt, I was finally able to take the meds. They decided to do a courtesy call to “check on me” an hour and a half later, of course while the Novacaine was still prevalent and here it is 9:43 PM and I’m on my way to the hospital because I’m experiencing numbness in my lip and excruciating pain in my jawbone with the ibuprofen in my system and rotating Tylenol and an ice pack on my jaw. I understand that this was the first day however the inconsideration, pain and most importantly the possibility of my jawbone being damaged is unbearable!!!!! I’m begging you in the name of God please do not go to this place!!! After they had my $270 co-pay, as BB King would say the thrill is gone, the care was gone!!!!!!"

"10/10 first thing I have to say is when I went for my wisdom teeth consultation. I was taken out of the waiting room before I even had the chance to sit down. For the actual surgery, the moment I went in the chair the doctor was there already putting me to sleep immediately. Woke up to friendly staff getting me home asap. Surgery itself couldn’t be smoother. All costs were told to me up front. Awesome staffing all around"

"Terrific doctor and friendly staff. First time after an extraction he didn’t want to do the implant....my bone wouldn’t have supported it and it would have failed. Really appreciate the honest opinion, and that Dr Smail did what was in my best interest. Second extraction, an emergency during Covid and prior to my mastectomy, was booked and completed quickly. Very kind doc to a wimpy dental patient. Very grateful for his care!"
