"Connie absolutely needs mentioning for excellence in patient care, she absolutely cares about the people she sees. This was the best dental experience I've ever had, Connie made sure the xray pieces didn't hurt the inside of my mouth. The dentist listened to my concerns and my strange dental history and actually made me feel really good about coming there, like she was going to take good care of my teeth. I definitely did not feel rushed or like anyone was rude to me. I showed up on time, did not have to wait longer than 10 minutes. Both receptionists were friendly and welcoming to other patients I saw coming in."

"I first made an appointment for a cleaning six months ago. Three months ago when I came for the appointment they said I could only have an exam that day and would have to make another appointment for a cleaning. I did that and then waited a few months for this appointment. Now I have been waiting at the office for an hour and forty five minutes and still haven’t been seen for the cleaning. I sat quietly as I don’t think there’s any point in complaining if a doctors office is running behind schedule but this is pretty extreme."

"The staff were really nice and kind . Very understanding and friendly. Solved all my problems and even went above and beyond. I highly recommend this place to anyone and will definitely keep coming here. They were very attentive and listened to all my concerns and treated me with respect. "Receptionist was nice and helpful. Nurse was fine. The doctor was awful. Could tell that she was trying to be in and out. I expressed some questions and concerns I had and kept cutting me off and talking over me. She was not helpful at all and her delivery was terrible. I would not recommend this particular doctor to anyone"

"If I could rate 0 stars I would. Absolutely do not go here. I walked in for my first appointment with my 6 week old daughter that was ASLEEP in her car seat and the receptionist rudely said “who’s gonna watch your baby” I said “she’s sleeping I don’t have anyone to watch my baby” mind you she JUST fell asleep too so she wouldn’t wake up. I wouldn’t bring her somewhere that she would be screaming and crying. She said “well she can’t be here the doctor won’t see you” VERY RUDELY. I then asked what happens when you’re a single mom with no help? You don’t deserve dental care? She had no response other than “it’s the doctors rules NOT MINE” meanwhile there’s a woman with her 4 children probably under the age of 5 jumping all over the furniture in the waiting room. But I couldnt bring my sleeping baby? Another thing is my boyfriend went in the day before and the one receptionist whispered over to the one taking care of my boyfriend and snarked “check his insurance” again very rudely. Maybe this place should disclose that they don’t allow babies in their office because it’s not easy getting yourself and a small child ready to leave the house in the morning especially living 20-25 minutes away. Very unprofessional staff, if you don’t like your job then maybe you should find a new place to work where you don’t have to reflect your miserable attitude on others."
