"I love this place. They are friendly and very welcoming every time I walk in. I see Melody Evans and Her Nurse is Nicole and they are two awesome Women. I couldn’t have chosen a better place for all My health needs and more. They have helped Me in More ways than I can count. When I sit with Melody I feel like I am with an old friend because that’s how She makes Me feel. They are awesome and I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing a family Dr. I am no longer at this Dr office. They were taken over by the Menocal family and let go of all the current staff that was once there so I’m following My old crew to a new office. So long Menocal."

"Dr. Zareen Ahmed is an great doctor been seeing her before she switch to the new office at Menocal Family Practice. She's a great listener and very patient and understanding . The only complaint I have is the wait time in the waiting room other than that I have not had any issues ."

"I became a new patient with this practice in the past year and LOVED them. I could not say enough great things about the practice and my provider, and even recommended several others to become established, which they did. Fast forward to this month when I had an appointment scheduled - the office called the day before my appointment and left a voicemail "assuming I knew" my provider was no longer with them and then "obviously cancelling" the appointment. Come to find out, my provider hasn't been with them for almost two months. What kind of practice doesn't take the time to notify their patients and work to reschedule them instead of waiting the day before their appointment and cancelling?! This is a perfect example of a practice that clearly doesn't put the needs of its patients first."

"I used to be a patient of Melody Evans before this month when apparently they decided to become the model of how NOT to run a medical practice. They got rid of all the good staff and doctors and are now left with incompetent morons who don't know the difference between a telephone and a butt. The nurse who checked us in was a very nice Cuban gentleman that didn't speak English, I had to basically check myself in, the CRNP they had me see today, Erica something or other, doesn't have the first idea what she's doing or how to treat the simplest ailments. She couldn't even figure out how to find lab results on a tablet and the rest of the staff are just running around apologizing for the horrific treatment you receive here. I will not be returning and I'd suggest you go see a veterinarian or perhaps a Voodoo doctor before coming here. You'd certainly be treated better, in a more timely fashion, and you might even get a resolution to your problems. Which after over 2 months, I have yet to receive here."

"I've been a patient at Menocal Family Practice for just over a year and received exceptional service from both Melody Evans CRNP and the staff. Melody Evans is no longer with the practice. Recently Menocal had an almost complete staff change and apparently their good service left with their employees. I've been sitting in a room waiting to be seen for 45 minutes. They require patients to arrive 20 minutes early so I've actually been waiting over an hour. As soon as I finish this review, I will be walking out. It's obvious that whatever patient care Menocal Family Practice had previously, left with it's past staff."
