"Idk if I can say the doctors name or not but one male doctor in particular at this office is terribly unprofessional. Twice now I’ve been scheduled with him and he has spent 15-20 min of the appointment berating me about how wrong I am for choosing to do the alternative vaccine schedule. The first time he literally said that I was stupid… the second occasion he repeatedly told me my child was going to die. Then tried to fearmonger me into getting them by saying there were kids sick with pertussis in the well side of the waiting room. He then finished off the appointment by trying to justify his rant. He claimed he is just very passionate about the subject and cares deeply for my child. However he just completed his assessment without a mask and without washing hands before touching my child. In all of his years of schooling and all of the “extensive” research he has done he has yet to learn how to talk to someone with basic respect."

"I've officially had it with this Drs office. The past two times my son had an appointment we waited well over an hour to be seen. When scheduling our next appointment I was told to request a 9:00 am appointment so we could be in and out. I get there today to find out my appointment has been cancelled and this was done 2 months ago. The front desk tells me Dr Meyers was on sick rotation and that they gave us notification. I have been asking for my number to be primary not my husband's so I never got the call about it being cancelled and I didn't think to check the portal for notes. Front desk says 'well the call log is here you were notified ' even though I told her I didn't have any notifications. I asked if we could be seen real quick but no one else was available even though Dr Meyers has said before she only needs 15 minutes and I was there as the third patient, 15 minutes before my appointment time was supposed to start at 9. What I don't understand is why my appointment was cancelled 60 days ahead of time even though the sick rotation is done 30 days in advance. How does this office let 2 months go by without the appointment being rescheduled? Not to mention I came in 3 weeks ago due to my son having pink eye and the check out person said I had an existing appointment coming up on 2/2. We loved this office when my son was born but it's gone downhill ever since. Either hire more people that know how to schedule properly or stop taking new patients to where you're burning out the staff and then they are rude to parents."

"Perfect example of bad business. Multiple cancelled appointments. Rude front desk. I’ve been trying for two days to get an appointment for my sick daughter, when they finally called back with a spot, I only had an hour to get there. Ridiculous. No wonder they have a bad rating with so little reviews."

"The Doctor (DR. C) spent the entire appointment degrading me and lecturing me on why I shouldn’t do alternate vaccine schedule (even though she will still be fully vaccinated at the end of it). We spent ZERO time talking about my babies development etc."

"I love dr. Meyers and when my son has an appointment everyone is very efficient and we are seen in a timely matter and everything goes very smoothly. However they really need a better system of getting in touch with a nurse or doctor I called yesterday at 8:30am left a voicemail then at 12:30 sent a message in the patient portal and I did not receive a call back until 4:30 I missed the call because I’m dealing with my sick one year old with Covid and by the time I called back at 5:15 the office was closed I called again this morning at 10:30 and now it’s almost 2 and I have yet to receive a call back this is just ridiculous I call because I’m concerned about my baby’s situation and I can’t get a fast or even somewhat fast call back a better system needs to be worked out these are children that are patients here"
