"Unfortunately, this is the worst place I've been to the receptionist who sits the girls. They look at you mockingly and talk like no one. learn to be polite you're at work not a strip club no matter what spins I didn't come to look at your face"

"I wish i could give 0 stars. Im sorry but i do not recommend this office to ANYONE! They dont listen at all and have you waiting around for information for days. I had to keep calling them for around a month just to get a prior authorization form sent to my insurance for my medication. And once again when it was time to refill i had to wait on them for over a week to give my insurance a call, and come to find out they never called. I told them its faster to just call my insurance because they weren’t receiving the emails or faxes, and i was told by the front desk “do you work at a doctors office to know the protocol” like excuse me. I ended up telling her to forget it and to get my records ready for pick up because i would be going elsewhere. They are very unprofessional!! If im telling you my insurance needs a phone call to get authorization then do your job! I will never come back here again! And if you have serious medical issues please dont come here or you will be waiting weeks before anything gets done."

"I am warning every woman in Delaware. Do not come here if you’re pregnant! Please don’t my experience here was horrible. There’s times where I have my appointments to get blood work done and I wouldn’t get any phone calls back and if I do get phone call for my results they only tell me a fraction and the rest is just swept under the rug and the billing department is just horrible and the receptionist is very sneaky. Just last month before my due date I took a test for gestational diabetes and was told I would get a call back in three days. Three days turned into a week and no call. Went in for my appointment and asked several times for my results and nothing. At the last minute close to my due date it turns out that I have tested positive for gestational diabetes and had to induce labor. Which put my baby in danger due to there negligence. I’m just going to wrap this up because I’m emotionally traumatized because of the constant back and fourth with this facility. But any woman who’s pregnant in Delaware do not come here. Go to Christiana Hospital I am begging you from my personal experience. Avoid going st.francis center of hope."
